Please HELP me my fto is sick, off road with cam belt issues

Ok cut this long story short. i need help. a while ago my fto started very suddenly started heavy tappet sound so i took it to my mothers garage bought another engine (which it turns out i don't need) and started my investigation.
i found that 2 of the 3piece tappet adjustment screws had broken up. i was able to remove the front cam carrier by slipping the cam belt off the cams (a shortcut i know). The problem i have now is that i can not remove the lower pulley belt wheel, the wheel for the power steering belt and air con from the crank shaft. dose any one have any knowledge on doing this? do i need any special tools?(i tried an impact wheel wrench not moved it) whats the procedure for replacing the ftos cam belt.
I'm getting serious withdrawal symptoms and just to top it off while in the garage i managed to drop some steel panels onto the car and scratch it up too.
Hope someone here can help me I'm running out of steam.
