you could give these guys a try - www.garage-13.com

but march is still a long way to go,
i'd be more tempted to get it from either
www.carmate.com or http://www.ebridge.com.au/dmdtheimage/
and get it shipped to melbourne.

you should check out Complete FTO for any info you're after -

if you're out east i'd recommend -

Popes Road Smash Repairs & Body Works
44 Popes Rd Keysborough VIC 3173
ph: (03) 9798 5980

they're down the road from my work,
and did my sideskirts, de-spoilered the boot & did my billet grill,
so at least you know they've worked on an FTO before.

as far as price goes, i'd expect to pay roughly $800
to paint & fit front bar and side skirts....
any cheaper than that and you may have issues with quality.

The "Veilside Taxi Kit" is the most common kit for FTO, which makes it looks like normal instead of stand out if you want it for a show and 9.99 out of 10 don't fit properly due to they are all copies.

A genuine one will cost you $6-7k, thats 3/4 price of a FTO these days, in some case its more then a "bomb" FTO, so i doubt anyone would get the real deal these days.

I wouldnt touch any kit from car mate and i would also be asking the person who was fitting my kit to make sure it aint form carmate. a place up here used to suply most of its kits from carmate and now wont touch them due to not fitting properly. A mate also had a celica and it took the shop 3 weeks to fit his, again from carmate.

I did a little research to find out where DMD in brissdy got my bar. but they dont have a supplier in melbourne. The closest to you would be either sydney or adelaide, i can get an address for you if you want just let me know which 1 (sydney or melbourne). They shoulld be able to supply and fit the majority of front bars for the FTO and modify if necessary (eg cut centre piece out of Bozz speed one). Failing that i can contact DMD (i see them reasonably regulary he he) and see how much to send one down to you.
