take out the tacho and see if it fixes itself... if its alright again... you've installed the tacho a fucked up way... install it a different way

still no go with taking out the tacho i only touched the 15A fuse for the ciggy lighter and the gorund wire. I decided that ill take out the mivec controller and reset the ecu thus its stock as a rock again. OK but im confused i havea dacturo or somethign produced by daytona (i went to there website but i cant read japanese). It has 4-5 grey wires bunched up going from teh back in to a white bo under the ecu see the photos adn all the plugs oging in to the ecu look stock???Help???Oh yea and there is a switch on the side of the white box its currently on the label five if i move it to the other position it becomes 0 wtf is that??

ok guyss i have noticed when my engine idles for to long it turns off because the revs go to low i remember when i bought the car the guy said to me theres a screw you turn to make the idle higher any ideas?

I've never seen that box before =/ No idea what it is. For the idle screw, it is located near where the intake pipe attaches to the throttle body. It should be recessed in and is a cross head screw. It might be a symptom of an underlying problem though

See all the red connector blocks spliced into the wires going into the green ECU plug? I'd hazard a guess & say if you disconnected all of those, you'll disconnect the Mivec controller. Then start again with your tacho connections.

hmm, ok so those red connector blocks ok so they have two wires goign in to them and one oging out, how would i return it to the stock level thus removing hte mivec controller do i just undo the block thingy etc hmmm i think i mitght be better of tkaing it somewhere to get done what do you guys think? Also any ideas on what that white box is and what the switch on the side does?

Those red blocks are splicers. It enables you to connect an extra wire onto an exisitng wire. Ie hook into the loom. They should just click open (or have a little plastic latch)

oh ok then so i should just be able to unclick those splicers and the extra wire should just come right off and the wiring will be like it came form factory? thanks allot bennoz so its pretti much somethign easy to do and not worth paying to get it done?lol whats teh white box for do you know?
