Removing dial cups

Any of you guys done this yet?

I've got these dial cups that fit onto each dial, but i don't know how to get the originals off.

The aluminium dial rings I put on just slipped over the top - there was nothing to take off. The clock was the only tricky one because there is that adjustment thingy sticking out, so the ring had to be bent slightly to fit.

Yea mine are just slip over the top, with a bit of double sided tap to keep them secured in place
