how did they steal urs? o_0'
it's a bit of a bitch to take the mirror off even with the right tools (due to the limited space avaliable for u to get the socket on etc...)
um... try dstocks?
or your local wreckers?
...i know panel house has a dark blue fto door, so if u r lucky it might be the right side and they still have the mirror. although they r in brisbane, but here's the number, it wont cost that much for postage i guess, if worst comes to worst order it (i think u need a credit card for that) and one of us can pick it up and post it for you if they wont post it.
here's their number: 07 3808 8737

would be really easy to steal actually
Rotate mirror manually. Remove 2 bolts. Takes about 2 minutes if that

It's really simple ... I'm a pro at it now since I've taken my mirror off so many times to fix the folding thing - didn't have a socket set around at the time, so I just used a spanner

hehe, did I mention my passenger side mirror still doesn't fold properly?

('tis the reason i've taken it off so many times

) though I did learn a nice trick... you don't actually have to put it back on each time, just plug it in & hold it there while you test it.. or have someone else test it while you hold it..
I can still come & help you with it... just please don't tell me you used superglue to hold the little copper connectors in place...

I made the mistake of doing that
