Hi All,

Been a while since I last logged onto these forums.

I'm picking up my new company car in October, so it's time to sell my baby.

Looking to sell my beloved FTO after hand picking it and importing it from Japan. A lot of care has been taken to ensure the best for the little pocket rocket. This FTO is regularly serviced and has only used MOTUL products to protect and bring out the most of the car.

I am willing to consider any sensible offers as I have been provided with a company car and haven't driven the FTO very much recently. I'd rather have someone else enjoy the fun that this car has brought me (as well as free up my garage).

Above and beyond the stock standard FTO GPX you will have no doubt seen, you will also receive the following added options:

I've had a look at the market and I truly believe I am offering a great deal for any prospective FTO buyer after a 5 spd manual (Yes they are rarer and yes they are more fun to drive!). In case you didn't see the price on the carsales.com.au site, I'm asking for only $9750.00

Sure is, I'm glad you think so too! I don't have time to mess around and drop my price every week... so I figure, just advertise it low straight up and drum up interest.

yeah but thats not good for when everyone else tries to sell their rare manual gpx's etc... you can get 1.5-1.8 lancers 96-2000 for this price

You're right SG. So I must apologise to anyone who's also selling an FTO at this time and hopefully I don't terrorise the market... lucky I only have 1 FTO and not 20! Let's face it, one FTO being advertised at this price isn't go to change the entire value of the market. If I have offended though, I'm sorry. My only intention is to sell my car, not to make it harder for everyone else.

nah you didnt offend.. i know your just going for the lowest price...jsut hope that other people dont do the same thing thinking thats what they're worth
