Righto...

As usual im thinking up some ideas on how to waste my time...

A few people including myself have been thinking of combining the technical knowledge of this site into a sort of handbook..

However i realise that no 1 person would know all...

so what if a few people pitch in with their specialist area's.

A handbook for FTOians, by FTOians... lol

i.e.

Ben - Suspension
KJ - Oils
Sam and Jono - Turboing
Yang - Fibreglassing
Max - Seat Covers
etc etc....

if everyone worked on a specific section not only would it likely be more accurate but would also be more comprehensive and quicker to compile...

I know michael was up for something like this

So here im just gathering wether people would be interested in helping out with this...

Feel free to post up any section you think you might specialise in..

Some sections could be:

DIY's (taken direct from the site no doubt)
Sound System
Performance (N/a and Turbo)
Suspension
Oils
Compatability (tyre sizes, etc)
Cross Comparison (i.e. CE lancer strut fits fto)
Known problems (i.e. roof rust bubbles, center console cracking)
Tyre selection guide
Preffered Dealers in each state
etc... (feel free to suggest new sections)

once there is sufficient interest and we know what we want in it... we can allocate sections and get to work....

most of the work is already there... just needs to be compiled...

suggestions?

Can you hold on for a few weeks? Im just about to take full control of the hosting of this site. Gotta fix a bucket load of things, then stay tuned for some upgrades.

I have a couple of them pretty much ready to go, just wanted to add a few things ... will post up when done.

Ben, would it be possible to make a kind've 'Wiki' page built into the site for this stuff? That way anyone can add content & mods can approve / deny the request to make the additions... Or just use DStocks' site as a main link for it...
