couple bolts between your head lights, cant miss them
then a few on the inside of the wheel arch, might be a bitch to get to if your splash guard is intach and/or your car is lowered, might have to jack the car up and turn your wheel to get to them.
i think that's it... but if it doesnt come off then just have a feel around

me and my mate have taken the front bar off 4 ftos and have had no probs with it, the only problem we had was putting it back on straight lol.
there should only be 2 bolts between the lights, and the ones by the front of the the wheel arch... (just call the mate to double check lol)
they came out pretty easily... the only think i can think of is maybe try lifting the front bar slightly up while trying to pull them out forward...

Sorry for taking so long, Didn't get if off. wasn't stuck either just got caught up in other car related things, which brings me to the question.
HB3 HB4, whats the difference and why are a lot of posts talking about changing the standard lights from HB4 to HB3.

I think this might be in relation to changing to HB3 plus 30 globes. I think they are Narva ones as they are far brighter. I think there is a DIY for it that someone did.

There you go. The pictures don't work anymore but this might help to at least make more sense of the HB3 verse HB4 discussion.

yeah mine used to be held on with that hard black stuff, but for some stupid reason when it got replaced it was stuck on with just clear silcone which held for like a few day before it came off.
