A few people, including myself have been getting this error when they post:

Failed sending email :: PHP ::

DEBUG MODE

File : /home/ftoaus/public_html/includes/emailer.php

It looks like their post hasn't gone through so they make another one and we end up getting double/triple/quadruple posts when they try and post again

I am using Firefox 2.0.0.4.
Have we been h4x0red again?
