Aluminium Pedals & Gear Shifter

Post by mg_213 »

I'm looking to buy some aluminium pedals and a new gear shifter both for the tiptronic model. Just wondering if anyone has some they're willing to sell me or knows where I can get them in Aus? I know I can get them from the UK but I'd rather not pay too much for postage.

Yeah thanks for that...look pretty decent. Just worried about whether gear knobs that arent FTO specific will fit & work properly?

no promises here, but i do remember seeing a fto with one of those gear knobs... it might be one of the ones for saie on the forum, have a look around in there and see, maybe ask them where they got it or somethign :)

i've found an american ebay store that sells one thats a little bit different, can't be bothered to look for the link for you now, just search for it :)

I think i'll just risk it and get a black mesh one - only $28 anyway so it wont be an expensive mistake if it doesnt fit. Thanks for all the help

I got the MOMO one. Cost an arm and a leg, but looks brilliant:

Had to cut down the shaft a little to get it to sit low like this so once it's done, there's no turning back...
You can get em in black leather and chrome too.
