Yup, all the way up the Alpine Way... nobody in front of me or behind me in either direction.

hey from the photo it looks like a decent road as well. how is the condition of the road there anyway?
cos everytime i go to any mountains runs around brisbane/gold coast, the roads have always been horrible

hey from the photo it looks like a decent road as well. how is the condition of the road there anyway?
The roads were pretty flat and smooth. I had suspension that lets you feel every bump and to be honest it was acceptable for me, so it should be acceptable for pretty much everyone else.
Because of the snow they tend to re-lay the road more often. There were quite a few sections that were brand new.
