You might have to clarify your question a little bit
Do you mean:
1) Who created the 6A12 engine?
2) Who has installed a
Turbo into a 6A12 engine?
Where from Russia are you from? and do you have an FTO?

sry a little off topic but...
i just had a quick look at the russian site.
man, the mods that they have
it seems like their laws are so much better than ours regarding car mods.
i.e. the yellow one looks like it has yellow mirror tint
and on on their site someone has a LCD screen installed basically over the rear view lol
