Re: Ciggy prices
im not good at doing all the qoutes so im just going to continue righting @ and then names rather than structure it nicely like you guys do
@kj_bob
i plan to leave the country as soon as i finish uni
i am australian, im not sure on the generation i am but i think its like 5 or 6th generation
@simon
i have been lucky enough to view a fair bit of the world
and understand that yes, we are blessed in australia
however i still dislike australia
it just doesnt appeal to me
@mr-charisma
incompetent people do get promoted
but generally a competent person will get promoted ahead of them
if not that the boss himself is incompetent
i dont have a choice whether i interact with them
when i cop pulls me over i cant say i dont feel like talking to him
i dont do anything extreme to bring attention to myself
if i was doing something majorly illegal in my life i would have at least got a fine by now?
with the bouncy ball to me thats just being a dickhead, when someone spills a drink on you at the club you dont start a fight, you let it go
if cops wants to earn a good reputation maybe they should learn to turn the other cheek?
until then i will continue to have a bad view on dickhead cops
my post didnt contradict it self
if you read more than the first 2 lines of that comment you would have noticed that i explained why i believe in captial punishment but not for a cop to take a life
because a cop makes a 30 second decision, capital punishment takes time and thought and is done by a much wiser person
i would rather be tasered than be dead
i would rather a criminal have a fair trial and a just decision be made than to be dead also
i completely agree with your views on drink driving
when i was talking about RBT's i was just stating something i found out, and i do believe they are a violation of rights
however the most important thing I DO BELIEVE THEY ARE NECESSARY AND THAT THEY MUST BE DONE
i believe that rights must be violate in order to protect the wellbeing of the public

more often than not, the stun guns get used on people who don't deserve it - non violent protests, people not causing harm to themselves or anyone else or without weapons etc ..J wrote:Naa craig, it was directed at bduffman and bradgpx...
It had nothing to do with your post
Edit: on the topic of stunguns... I support the decision to use them. If it means not killing an offender without any risk of harm to the officer or standbys.
It is a good alternative to guns in some situations as I'd rather see a convicted murderer given a lifetime jail sentence then have him dead... You do the crime, you get punished and have time to think about the choices you made.
For example, a rapist trying to flee the scene, being chased by an officer. I don't want him dead, I want that motherfkr to rot in jail
replace stun guns with tranq darts & you just have the person go to sleep .. same thing, but much cooler!

they are the kind of cops that i cant stand
the ones that meet people with aggression
the ones that will taser someone just because they can
a cop is meant to calm down a situation not escalate it
i assume people would have allergic reactions to tranq darts

Re: Ciggy prices
People have reactions to stun guns... there's been plenty of deaths
did someone say rot in jail? Rapists are getting like 6 years and can get out in half that. Often they get speical treatment from the other inmates (cos they'll get fucked up in gen pop). Our legal system is very soft, compared to other countries many of our punshments are a slap on the wrist. For some of those sicko's that rape children and sh*t, jail isn't enough... they should be tortured to their end
@brad_gpx - no worries mate. Any thought on somewhere that will suit better? I could understand someone getting sick of sydney (esp if you like the quiter life), but i thought the central coast was nice

central coast does have a lot of attractions
perhaps it is just the central coast i am sick of i have never lived anywhere else in australia but after everyone views central coast as "nice" i assume its about the same as everywhere else in australia
i love the beaches, i love most of the people, however i had the amount of the population that is so bogan on the central coast, some of it is just so trashy
for example umina, has great beaches and was a great place once upon a time. now its just an area full of bogans and doll bludgers
you cannot even walk the streets of umina at night it is that ridiculous
the fact that we live in an overpriviliged country and we can have people who only contribute to society in an anti-social way. The place i live in kariong isnt that horrible, it is mainly old people but it still has a massive amount of bogans. i was once approaced by a kid who was probably about 10-11 while i walking my dog and he told me he would scooter me unless i gave him my wallet. i dont know what scootering means but i think it was something violent with his scooter.
if you ever plan to holiday to the central coast
stay around the terrigal/avoca area
um i actually dont know where i want to go, im thinking mainly european countries or canada, i wouldnt like to live in the states though
with stun guns i dont expect them to be used constantly, only when necessary and id rather them use them than guns
thats another thing that gets me other weak justice system
if someone is raped or sexually abused the psychological damage can last a life time
so rapists should rot in jail for a lifetime, same with murderers
and repeat offenders of any crime
if the idea of jail is to rehabilitate people then how come so many people re-offend?
doesnt this mean they are failing and that sentences should be longer?

it is beautiful
you should see it really early morning when theres only a little bit of sunlight and not many clouds

Re: Ciggy prices
Yeah Ive got many fond memories of weekends away at terrigal during my childhood, spent a fair bit of holiday time as a kid on the central coast. It was always nice to get back to sydney as it got a little exhausted as a vacation spot.

I've seen the sunrise on a few occasions with the misses. Get some breaky and sit uptop the hill in front of the cricket park... Absolutely stunning view

Dude umina was never nice, its always been a hole with sluts and there's not a hill any where in umina, only thing nice bout it is box head or across at lobsters beach that's nice and around the next bit is a jump rock pretty crazy looks like your gona hit the rocks , only nice places on the coast is the beaches, erinas alright cause it has every thing . Centre of gosford is unemployed, wyong is a hole basicly only good part of the coast is between the f3 exit to the beaches I think erina needs a bowling ally then we will have every thing ( movies ice skating shops food maccas youth intensity tab )
