Ive done mine now too

About 75 degrees for 10 or so minutes...

Will post pics when I wash my car lol

pre-heated? lol jk jk, i can work that bit out, good thing that u posted, i was thinking about 150degrees lol

I have done mine around 120, no need to wait,
dont keep it in too long otherwise, the headlight assembly starts to melt as well.

Oh here's a quick pic of how mine turned out, mind the dirty car, I havent washed it yet. Looks like rain, so I might wait till the weekend to wash...

mate if youre worried about them melting try 60 for 15 min first, just make sure u give the oven a while to heat up first. 60 is what ive seen msot ppl recommend for other cars headlights doing the same thing.

Yeah, I thought I'd play it safe, thats why I used 75. Kept pulling them out to check every few minutes. Pryed apart a little, and put them in a few more minutes to soften again etc etc till they were all the way apart.
