Sorry guys but as a someone with a pilot license I have to come out and sound like an ultra physics nerd.
The formula of lift to my memory is something like
LIFT = 1/2cL(coefficient of lift) * rho(air density) * v2(velocity squared) * s(airfoil area)
Because the plane is not moving from the one spot v2(velocity squared) will therefore be 0 which means LIFT(force) = 0
God what the hell was I thinking putting up this post!

There was no answer ever given with the question posed. But the correct answer is that it will take off.
