See this is where my knowledge of cricket falls over, you guys roll over and don't bother to even bat for your second innings and it's a draw, even though were like 350 ahead.
Anyway, I believe the actual ashes are going to now tour Oz to show you what you've lost!
Just no one mention where Pietersen comes from!

Heh its ironic isn't it - after years of protests by the ACB, the actual Ashes are finally going to Australia .... right after Australia lost them for the first time in 17 years
Wonder how much Australia are regretting not batting on in the 'low light' of the first couple of days...
But the series was very close - a couple of small differences and Australia could have easily won 3-0. Mind you, England could have easily won 3-1 as well...
And as for Pieterson, well you Poms have been using African ring-ins for years (Allan Lamb, Robin Smith, Nick Cook, Graham Hick), so it's not like he's any different

That was pretty funny, but isn't it amazing how quickly Aussies turn on their own?
C'mon, stop making excuses for our own performance and give some serious credit to the opposition! They out played Australia - pure and simple.
Of course, if Warne had of taken that sitter to dismiss Peterson for 16 (or whatever he was) - might have been very different indeed.
Still, all if's buts and maybe's. We lost - you won. Great series, thanks for the entertainment.
See you in two years, and bring the ashes with you....

I'm not trying to make excusus here but that site is crap! For starters we only just lost the ashes and there were a few important decisions against us at important times. Hell Martyn was given out 3 times lbw when he hit the friggen ball first! And don't get me started on all the lbw's we had turned down, are umpires afraid to give batsmen out lbw since hawkeye came in or what???
That said i think england played better than us and deserved to win. Why do we then have to blame our team, why not congratulate the other for finally reaching our level?
