Queensland Health.. after waiting since 2011 for a specialist appointment, I finally get an appointment letter today...of a completely different department which I have nothing to do with... when called they said, "oh someone must have put you in the waiting list for the wrong department, we will put you in the new one now....estimated appointment date, not before late 2014..."

This is just one out of many of their great communication and work practice I have personally encountered since 2011.... and they wonder why they are getting fired?

Centrelink are similar in some aspects... I applied as a 'job seeker' in the end of December 2012, and they back-dated it to that date, but when I enrolled in uni, they transferred me to the student category, setting NEW a back-date that was in late January! Obviously doesn't matter what my financial situation was for the entirety of those first four weeks...

Oh I have been dealing with them as well recently Their waiting times on the phones are brilliant, right? I can't even get through to an operator anymore via the phone lines. And I always pack some nice lunch and snacks if I have an appointment in their office...couple of hours waiting for a 5 minute paperwork

Won't have my mounts to fix the wife's car for a little while... Had to be ordered in...

90% of them are pricks. I have had one lady who was very nice and saved me paying stamp duty twice on the car I bought my missus as a present, and also let me get it into her name without her being there or signing anything (lol). My driving test guy was also really nice.

The rest of them can eat a dick.
