Im really concerned about this filter predicament, does anyone have any piping spare or something they could bring with them?? the filter has a 3" inlet and i have the stock intake pipe, however i have a cold air feed. I took it for a drive up the road without the filter in the box and it drove like 1000 milion times better and harder, power when mivec kicked was so much harder etc.

But i put it back in lol, the pod is a sh*tty 30 dollar one but i couldnt find a standard replacement, so its gotta be better than the filthy standard one. And yes sorry to hijack hahaha

Ah got the filter problem solved guys, got a reducer in and the pod and everything fit inside the standard airbox.

don't run the pod without a filter though mate .. I'll bring my old stock panel filter on the weekend for you to borrow if it helps & will check if my K&N one has been used & get back to you

What do you mean run the pod without a filter? its a podfilter? it has a filter inside it, not just the cage if thats what u mean.

It all fits inside the stock airbox as well.

i think he just meant don't run your car without an air filter.
you sand blast the crap out of the inside of your engine that way.
