Let us know when the official housewarming is on. Some of us will fly up as long as someone picks us up from the airport. We'll just sleep in your car. Then rag on about not getting eggs in the morning. :twisted:

Sounds good. Just start a new housewarming thread in the Vic section if you decide to have one. We'll probably go the tight-ass flights going to $39 Melb to Syd that leaves at 6AM. Hahahahaha

      Currently in the means of designing my man cave for the future house to be.

      Suffice to say, plenty of room and fingers crossed I can get my inspection pit approved by council!

      Its a pricey arrangement. Due to the soft clay bed my house is on, all sorts of reo & concrete reinforecment was needed & even then they couldn't gaurantee cracks wouldn't appear elsewhere in the house because I would have effectively anchored a floating concrete slab :(
