kazbah wrote:Is it just me or is there a scarcity of GPX's with sunroofs? I have kept an eye on the "Reveal Yourselves" string and also on the roads and find most GPX's to be sunroofless   I kinda thought the GPX being the top of the line would come standard with factory fitted roof! There also seems to be a number of different exhaust set-ups. Some with twin pipes on one side, some with twin pipes on either side and some, like mine with 3" pipe covers either side, so therefore requiring different bumper bars to accommodate different set ups!! I'm so confused about what is standard issue on the GPX!!!!  8O 8O
kaz, sunroof's are optional fitment from the factory and there are quite a few GPX/GRs out there fitted with a factory sunroof, but most of them (that i've seen or heard of) are equipped with tiptronic gearboxes... i have looked at the auctions for well over 6 months for a manual GPX with a sunroof (and in Yellow) but i eventually gave up coz they're very, very rare...

as for the exhaust, if you see an FTO with dual tiny tips on muffler mounted on the right hand side of the rear bumper then you can tell it's stock... if you see anything else, chances are it's an aftermarket fitment...

love the wheels the front bar and the wing!
would like to see interior pics!!:D
thanks... interior is relatively std at the moment except for Razo c/f gearknob and pedals, Sparco/Sabelt harness pads and white dials... Looking at getting the interior retrimmed in a diferent color maybe end of this year... :)

if that yellow FTO is the one at the place near Parramatta(ummm cant remember, they are on a corner, shade cloth over all the cars...etc etc), then
a)its been there along time :), cause i test drove that one about 4 months ago when i bought my car
and
b)it does peform pretty well for a auto fto...though a few things turned me off it, it had strut bars etc all over, which was a good thing, but looked like it had been used for track work(even the sales guy said so), and the exhause was LOUD!...and im talking both myself and my friend thinkin, 'wow....thats a little loud'

but havin the lsd in the COTY model would have been cool :), but i couldnt settle for an auto after drivin the manual(which i bought the day after)

They're 17x8 P-1 Racing lighweight rims from Buddy Club (in Titanium Silver finish, aka gunmetal grey)

If i had a silver FTO, I'd get a set of white Enkei Tarmac's for that 'Rally' look like the Pug 206 WRCar... ;)

...but that's just me. Gold or bronze looks pretty good on Silver too IMO, depending on which look you're after. I opted for the Japanese Touring Car racing look (which explains the wing LOL)

Sorry Fuzino, bought the car with the exhausts each side. It's also got a chrome muffler - not my addition. I'll borrow the digit camera from work next week and if Mikey would be so good and host my pics again I'll show u the results. Must say though, there is another white GPX around my area and it passed me the other day with stock pipes - what a sorry sound it made for such a flash car - apologies if it is one of my fellow site members! :D :D :D
