Looks good!

Over the weekend I did both of the CVs on my new daily, and taking it in for a WoF tomorrow morning, hope it passes...

Nice, always need more boost!

Took the Starlet for a Warrant of Fitness yesterday, failed on chipped windscreen, split Steering boot, loose tow bar, some rust spots, and unmatched rear tyres.
Picked up a windscreen repair kit and a new steering boot today, shall grind back the rust and remove the tow bar this week/weekend and hopefully get it legal next week :D

Yep.

Mazda 6 fuel pumps. THE WORST. The big ring nut that goes around is a c**t to get on, and there isn't enough room to get our big filter tool in there properly because they sit under a big lip thing. I feel your pain..

Your pic... sucks pirate ass

But yep, that's exactly what it was. I used a hard plastic drift & a hammer & was able to spin it off enough to go by hand. But yeah there's a big lip thing as well & I wasn't in the mood to get it off as well!

Does yours have that bullshit little mark that you have to line up? Often it takes us two guys to get the lock nut on the top. We have a big SST thats just a claw the same size that we use a breaker bar on. That would've been f**king aids to line up with a hammer.. Ours can take two or three goes to get the little arrow to line up as you have to guesstimate where the thread is going to end.. I have seen seats/underseats that you can barely see the base due to dog hair or human slime...

One of the techs got one the other week so bad that he had to spend 20 minutes vacuuming it and wear a mask :puker:
