Hmmm got wet. Have to give it up for now. Trying to fill potholes that are full of water is pointless.

How much of the blue wrap do you have left?

I am thinking if it is similar colour to the swift, I may bring down my rear bumper extension ...

Inching closer. And no significant rain to speak of yet either (which is good). The longer that holds off the better. Saturday and Sunday are looking like theyll be a good days though.

Drove over my efforts on the corrugations on the way to the bus this morning. It seems ive succeeded some what :D . This means the worst 2 spots are now OK, but there are still corrugations elsewhere, so take it easy

            Great work :thumright: .

I have been looking around to try and hire a tilt tray so I can bring the panda. But it's not looking good at this point.

Just had another thought. There have been a couple of cows on the lower half of the road. Not sure if they will be out tomorrow or not, but just take note that they might be. Dont want anyone to come round a corner and be facing one with not enough space to stop.

Seriously though, has been raining and ive been arranging backup plans and just generally stressing out. Good news is it has just stopped and the causeway IS NOT UNDERWATER and not expecting much more. Here is a pic of the causeway a couple of minutes ago.

And not a moment too soon!. It will be down a bit by tomorrow, but may be some good photo opportunities with a slow shutter on the downstream side.
