i think ill need to leave the doors cups and 2nd run of the surrounds atm for personal reasons.

I got my new stereo waiting for the new plastic surround :(

Dont wanna get it installed without the surround...


Any idea where i can order 1 of my own? Dont care how much it costs i need it!

That is............when my replacement surround finally turns up.....

BTW does anyone have a spare set of door cups (any condition) lying around they would be willing to part with?

I have started playing with some composites myself and would like a spare set of cups for moulds etc.

It's OK...........it's US, doesn't get updated that often and they only push their own products.

I purchased some composite books from http://www.pitstop.net.au and obtained some stuff from a local Fibreglass supplier here in Hobart.

There is also an Australian company called http://www.solidsolutions.com.au who stock a lot of stuff.

But the freight is a killer is you intend on ordering 22kg of Hydrostone for moulding or 4kg drums of resin.

Good luck with the door cups - I suggest working on some flat pieces first as you don't want to loose confidence in attempting the door cups they aint easy thats not cvoming from me but the chap who does all my CF and he has been doing it years

i'll be running this GB for door cups only. will talk to the supplier first and get back to u guys if its a go or a no go. i'll open a new thread once everything is finalised
