Ok fine, but here's some words of advice when doing calendars ;)

1. Cut out the Photoshop nonsense. This will waffle go on & on & on with people discussing pictures & layers & tones until we all just start ignoring the thread... because no one will get a calendar  Rules for pics should be simple, send in your best 3. Entrant is responsible for any Photoshopping they may or may not want to do.

2. Break it into 2 threads, 'The list' and 'The submissions'. Assign other club members to help with judge picture selection. Make your judging choices offline otherwise this'll drag on & on & on... and no one will get a calendar  With 'The List', once finalised (and make sure you set a finish date, otherwise this'll drag on & on & on... and no one will get a calendar ) Create yourself a spreadsheet offline, with address details & request peoples real names, otherwise your package to 'FTOBOI' may not make it to its destination, been there done that, your liable for the cost and FTOBOI doesn't get a calendar

3. Always collect all cash before proceeding with the order to manufacture - otherwise you'll end up out of pocket. P Platers are the worst offenders with money.

There, helpful enough? :D This really applies to any group buy.

Also on that note due to being in jan already by to time this gets going/ ready to print and send it would be feb or later.
You need to think about the mumber of ppl that will then get these calendars.
Not trying to put you off from doing them, it's just something you need to think about.

Ok, just to clear up some confusion

I will not be carrying any risk of this - I am going to produce this using images as supplied by the club (with perhaps slight exposure/lighting etc adjustments) through redbubble.com

If anyone wants a calendar then it will be for sale directly from my store on the site. (once it is available I will provide the link)

Also, considering I think I may have enough pictures to put together a calendar - if you have any images you would like to send in for contention please pm me your email and I'll let you know where to send them. - otherwise I will run with what I have.If you provide me with your photos then you are authorising me to use them in the calendar that will be up for sale to the public. If anyone who has sent me images no longer authorise its use, then let me know ASAP

regarding printing times - red bubble print extremely quickly, however the postage can take a few weeks.

Just thought I would give people the option to look at FTOs throughout the year (as I wanted a calendar for work),
if people want a calendar then they can buy one. if not, then they won't

Bennoz - happy to chat to you via PM regarding the extremely minimal profit that these will turnover

Would you be interested in any of these pics? I have raw files for them as well if you want to photoshop/edit them or print at any resolution etc.
