update time with pics....(will try to get some under car pics of pipes but will have to wait till get it on hoist again and will use proper camera next time)
Have disassembled all the new fab work and finished off water feed and return lines and oil feed line. Removed sump for drain line (going to tap it using 8an line to suit with weld around fitting just rule out any risk of leaks or removal) this is rather critical part has to be larger than feed line and has to flow smoothly downhill only or turbo wont last long. Also had to reclock tub once again as didnt mount it way I thought would have gone
Have installed new adaptor for oil feed and pressure gauge line and removed old one and gauges might try and even install new gauges tonight if time allows.
Worked out intercooler piping too actually little easier than I thought as way turbo is set left more room than thought would be so have ordered piping now (wont need to make any cut and shut welds by the looks of it)
pretty much not much can do now except wait for pipes to come put it all back together and then off to tuner oh and relocate clutch line

The advantage of not being mechanically inclined. See picture as having no right way up, just a jumble of metal.

They are the best drill bits! Got a set from Bunnings years ago and that's all I use now unless for wood or very thick metal.

Alrighty have made new clutch line and return line for oil. Was actually simple solution seeing as back of sump where oil has to drain to is flat I used the same fitting taht the turbo uses its a simple -8an fitting with gasket that bolts up so no tapping or welding required and much less chance of leaks. will put up pics later.
Not entirely happy with gasket between hot side of turbo and down pipe so will make new one out of copper this weekend. Have also installed gauges
All thats left to do now is put sump back on, install pipes, new oil/coolant etc and wait for cooler piping and put together with BOV hopefully will get this early in week. Hoping for test fire by end of week, then off to tuner following week bit nervous now....

Ball, gonna see how it goes first it should be right in the power range looking for, if not at least much easier to change or rebuild as larger td05

I'll do a trade, hotlaps for hotlaps. You'll have to bring it up to WP though

update time
Well freight company fucked up and still waiting for cooler piping apparantly was lost at depot! which is all thats left to do now.
Turned it over today with normal style intake pipe with actuator wastgate disconnected so turbo not connected to intake and good news is no dramas all oil and water lines working great with no leaks... if had cooler piping at least could of done quick check to make sure it makes boost.
Piping should be here tomorrow well so they say then just day or so to connect up and off for tune which have now had to delay due to not being ready this week and tuner away at some drift comp so hopefully next week all going well
In the meantime have finally installed all new red stuff pads from GB and bled entire brake and clutch systems
