I've just never got round to getting mine engineered. Still gotta finish the air box for that to happen.
Did you pass maths Ben? that's 25 not 20 percent

The capacity of the engine is not an exact 2.5Ls and in-fact is 'within' the 20% allowance by their standards.
2.6L to 2.0L is 25%
Do the math.......

Are you kidding me?
In no way is 2.0 to 2.6 25%, just as 2.0 to 2.5 20%.
The engine sizes are not exactly 2.5l but you are talking a couple of f**king ml, which isn't enough to change figures by 1%. IF your rounding on top of that too.
I have done the math, maybe you should do yours.

I refuse to argue with morons.
I've done the homework, research, live in the state and have contacted the relevant folk in charge.
Think I know what I'm talking about just a lit... lot more than you.

Get out a calculator and put in those figures asshole, 20% of 2.0 is .4
25% is .5, now we add .5 to 2.0 (still following me?) And we get 2.5, which is not 2.6
But yea im the moron clearly cause I can't do simple percentages. f**ken idiot

ooh, language.
impressive.
Remember what I said about not an exact 2.5L and 'within' their limits.
No, you didn't.
Edit: Instead of accusing people of not knowing maths, and that they're the new word an 8 year old has just learnt.
Perhaps ask instead about 'how it is', not 'I am right, you are wrong'.

You know, I actually found this on an instant google.
Meanwhile, if someone who has a bit better computer side manner would like to know how it is that the 2.5L motor is allowed for the FTO I'd be happy to answer.
But only if you ask real nice, I think my e-feeling are slightly hurt.

I never argued it wasn't legal. I argued the percentages are bullshit, and they are.
They what round down 90 something ml because they don't want to round it up 3-4ml? Beats the whole point of percentages...
And as for you saying 2.6 is 25%....are you retarded? Get out a calculator mate seriously, I don't care what your people say or how they figure it out, my percentages are right, clearly they ignore their own maths and do it differently or always round down which is f**king stupid etc.

You've chucked your hissy fit, can't you just leave the forum again like you did last time.
Please quote where I said 'check your math', apart from just then.
And perhaps you may wish to re-read my post after yours about what is 20% and 25%.
You haven't read a damn thing correctly, getting defensive.. again and won't listen to anyone else cause your too big headed.
This is going beyond spam now and is the last time I'm responding to your rubbish, you've been on my block list for a while, don't know why I thought it was a good idea to check and attempt to explain something to someone who acts about 25% of their own supposed age.
I hope this garbage gets removed, and then I might make a decent explanation for people who don't wish to jump to conclusions.
Sorry Akys.
