But I need to do ALL fluids and I've never done brake, power steering etc fluids before - so would be useful to have helping hands/guidance.

Power steering - just buy fluid, tip some straight into reservoir.

Flushing power steering only needs to be done if whats in there is crap. Just disconnect the bottom (pretty sure bottom) hose and turn your steering wheel left, right, left, right, etc etc. re-connect hose and fill

lol, just be careful, that ps fluid is under extreme pressure, it will piss out everywhere.

Not if you undo the top cap first (I would assume)

No when your turning the wheel.

Put the hose end inside a 2L coke bottle and tape it around the opening.
