Re: Preparing for service. Double checking stuff.
Hi,
With the fuel filters is their a generic repco brand that I can use or does it have to be a genuine part?
Whilst searching for a part no on the forum I noticed that on some threads it mentioned to stay away from Ryco & coopers filters. I was hopeing that someone might be able to help me out with a part No or a better description of what I need to look for, I did search through dstocks diagrams but I woulant know what to look for or where to find it:oops:
Thanks

The Ryco ones to steer clear of are oil filters. The fuel filters are ok, just walk into any auto shop & ask for Z441 or equivalent.

What's wrong with ryco oil filter? That's what I mainly use. And what's the alternate brand

CHRISTIANITY: The belief that a cosmic Jewish Zombie who was his own father can make you live forever if you symbolically eat his flesh and telepathically tell him you accept him as your master, so he can remove an evil force from your soul that is present in humanity because a rib-woman was convinced by a talking snake to eat from a magical tree...

Yeah look I use 'em. Mainly cause every bloody shop stocks them, but for the pedantic out there who have actually ripped apart an oil filter, there are better constructed ones around than Ryco.

So just to be 100% the fuel filter number is Z441. Is that right?

Purolator Premium Plus L14610.
scored very good reviews in several filter comparisons.
Got them for $7.95 from AutoPro.
