lol, mate your in NZ, thats the main reason why i left the pay is absolutly crap there.
Im in procurement. I earn a good amount but it aint huge
Seriously though i will buy land and build house with 5 car shed hoist buy some motorbikes and go karts etc etc and i still wont have paid anywhere near what benny paid in sydney. Thats the beauty of qld....... but it wont be that way for long considering there is still an avg. of 1000 people a week moving to SEQ.
and research plays a big part of it too, it took me and the misses 3 months to find the right property at the right price in the right location......but it was all worth it.

Went out to the property on the weekend to see how all this rain had affected (eg no flooding) and all was good. The forest part of the land is so wicked i cant wait to get my paintball gun

Congrats on the land purchase mate love it around that Esk area as well. I wouldn't have worried about the rain though, compared to Brisbane we frickin missed out again

imagine the time you'd shave of mowing with a mivec mover!!!(theres a project name for you) It'd be more of playtime then a chore.

I think that he mentioned earlier that he and his misses were not eligible for the first home owners grant. Is that right Simon?
