Did some stuff (Kiz helped). Got the facelift bar off the black car and onto the white, borrowed the plugs, so the indicators work (connections are grimy af though). Hopefully get it in for the floorpan nut and painting soon.

I'm a hipster these days.

Also I find my pics in random places so I figure no harm making a trace.

What about the rear of the car? :troll:

Meanwhile, progress. Turns out not just one, but both of the nuts are fucked on the passenger side. And the drivers has a crack near the mounting from maybe a prior accident/stress. Fab guy is going to reinforce both sides. *fears for wallet*

Passenger.

SO. Picked up the car yesterday, and wallet was less worse off than I had been imagining, so that is a plus.

Here's a few snaps of what was done. Fixing captive nuts, plates to reinforce and various cracks welded up. New LCA bracket on too.

And for anyone curious, where the RPW extractors foul on the H-brace. He did a quick reroute to remedy (will grab a pic later)

At the same time had the facelift bar painted and new-second-hand fenders fitted. Reasonably pleased with result. Have some potato pics.

Bigger hammer, that's all it needed.

Is that a plate welded onto the bottom of the sump?

I think it's just been bottomed out. Same with the exhaust that got replaced anyway.
