At least you know the engine is going to be fresher than anything you would have bought second hand though ... Similar to how well Aza's went when he got his back...
Sadly, even if a car is well maintained, it will always loose a bit of performance once the K's stack on...

A rebuild is when something breaks and you need to 'rebuild' it
Reconditioning is preventative maintenance...
That assembly still seems a tad higher than what I would have thought...

Although a while ago ...
I had my Evo engine reconditioned, and forged internals done for about 5K... Granted it is a 4 banger, with more access to parts...

Preventative maintenance is just servicing.

Find everything that you think is needed then send the list including links to the workshop and let them confirm before you purchase/order.

Yep, has been a long wait. Hopefully if I pick it up on Monday it will be done by Sunday 24th!
