Front bar off for CAI tomorrow.
Replace busted sway bar with new one from D + poly bushes.
Pray that new king springs (brand new from ebay in orignal box only $70) and kyb shocks ($450 from rpw) have arrived. Replace all of those.

Yeah I have had to make ramps because were the start of the drive meets the road, there is a ditch. Someone stole one of me ramps the other day so I had to use my old. As I was crossing it (which I have to do in reverse) I must not have been on centre and slipped off the side. The ramp slammed up and broke the passanger side mounting point.

Yeah my driveway is ok but so embarrasing when I go to exit on to a road somewhere and i hear the scrap and know its not going to go out without doing some damage then having to turn around and reverse out
The looks I get and not too mention the occasional pissed off other car near me

Its fairly easy, just use another screwdriver to plug the deep gaps near the tappet you removed to save from 40 minutes fishing them out.

Re: What work did you do on your car today?
my mechanic did
1) VRS kit service
2) machine the heads and dip in acid bath
3) clean out all sludge, The amount of sludge at the cam area is unbelievable!
4) replace 8.5mm magnecor ignition coils
5) replace NGK iridium IX sparkies
6) Changed Nulon gearbox oil, added Nulon G70
7) Flush with Liquimoly Engine detox and change to Valvoline engine armour 10W-40 engine oil
change coolant.
9) replace alternator pulley and crank pulley with aluminum ones.
10) clean and seal reseal oil sump.
11) replace head bolts and some seals which are not included in the VRS kit
The mechanic found out that my timing belt is actually miss aligned by one tooth.
Results: Now the car sounds totally different. so much eager and louder than ever. Noticably feels more responsive and will update if the fuel consumtion have imrpoved.

Had my front tyres replaced yesterday, cheap Marshalls. Tyre shop was clearly owned by Outlaw members. Skull memorobillia everywhere, skull and fire tattoos on the owner's arms, and a big f**k off dog behind the counter
LED ALL the things.
