I just found out that there is an open track day on the 9th (Saturday) as well
So would any one or every one be interested in hitting the track then bonfire ?

It not far from Wakefield to Bonfire but it's proably not the "done thing" to turn up after dark to bonfire.?

We have been trying to match these two together for the last 2-3 bonfire meets.
We would only do 1/2 day at the track not a full day. Also being a Saturday there will be more cars out on the track.

I will run a track day on s different date than this one.

The main thing for that weekend is the bonfire so I think it should stay that way.

Well, given it seems I am going up with the crowd...

What are peoples plans on a mass grouping again like last time.

Last year (though I think it was the second bonfire) we met at the gas station outside of sydney, after Phaesants nest I believe.

Do the same this year?

If so, time of meet and departure.

last time it was a 5:30am meet for a 6am departure i think

Id recommend driving down to sydney and staying over night. Otherwise your gonna be very sleepy by night!!

More like he'll be awake when we are all asleep, as he wouldve slept through the day.

bah, i work the graveyard shift anyway, so driving through the night wont be too much of a deal but yea, staying overnight sounds good- dont wanna miss all the fun cause im sleepy

have a spare bed and room

When I drove down to Sydney for Autosalon, I woke up early to get everything finished on my car, then worked 1800-0300 then left after that. Didn't get to sydney till 1400. Was a long dangerous drive..

Man that feeling of not getting sleep at all, you get a bad tranced feeling...
