Wooh, updates!

Can't wait to see it running!

Me too, been really busy with work so not had a chance to make any progress.
My tensioner pulley has arrived too (same one as a cambelt tensioner - offset bolt) so I can now finish the pulley bracket and really that's it for the fabrication, hoorah!
If I get chance I should be able to finish the pulley bracket tomorrow and get the charger bolted to the engine with a belt on for the first time - won't be able to start it but I can check alignment and have a good look at what else needs doing that i've forgot about.

Bit of an update, i've been finishing off the pulley brackets and now pretty much finished with the fabrication.
My intention was to make the brackets much simpler than last time but as you can see they are quite complex.

Fitment is much simpler and quicker than the previous design though which is what I wanted to achieve.

Yes indeed I should at least get the brackets copied once I know they are right as they took me ages to make, don't think it would take a pro long.

Just to let you guys know - it's not the best option for out and out power due to losses driving the charger and boost limitations (staying low boost for cost reasons plus this charger is only good for low boost on our car due to it's capacity).
If someone wants Big power then really VR4 seems like the best option but comes at a price.

But if you want a a moderate increase in torque, almost instant boost and the scream of the supercharger for a comparatively low cost outlay coupled with a quick turnaround time (couple of weeks) then I think it's a great option.
I'm hoping that my car will just break into the 13's at the strip due to it being a tip, a manual should be around the mid 13's which even if you don't go to the drags will be plenty quick enough on a track.

What sort of power / torque figures are u expecting?

Hi Shane and thanks.
I'm hoping for a little more than last time as the torque and bhp numbers wern't that impressive on my previous project but my last dyno run was at 5psi, I ended up at 7psi so it was probably between 240-250bhp (at the fly).
If I get above 250bhp at the fly (what's that about 180KW?) and around 180lbft of torque then I will be happy.
Having said that I haven't done anything else to the car yet, it's got stock exhaust even so going to see what the charger does first so we know what it does to a stock car and then see about adding extractors. (on my previous car I had bored out throttle body, stainless exhaust with decat and y pipe but stock headers/extractors - I know I can't decat here or I get locked up for life!)

Here's the last dyno chart I have, he said he wasn't used to the tip hence why it's only showing after about 3200rpm.

You may have mentioned it in the last 11 pages somewhere, but would a engine top end rebuild or ECU upgrade have to be done to accommodate this possible future product of an awesome supercharger?
What do you think would be the ball park sell price for this engineered super marvel?

Engine doesn't have to be opened up at all.
It does require a non-stock ECU, something like a Haltech or a greddy emanage (blue is fine and what i'm using) it doesn't have to be standalone engine management a piggy back is fine.
I haven't costed it yet, will see if I can come up with an estimate later but as a guess I would say less than 3K including ECU.
