And extra jerrys of diesel. The wood will be wet and hard to light

Weather on Saturday will be scattered showers, so shouldnt be too bad. Sunday is supposed to be fine. Ill be keeping an eye on the causway (occasionally floods - over a year since this happened last though - takes a lot of rain), but based on the forecast, should not be a problem. Ill be trying to set up a marquee (of sorts) to escape from the odd shower that might happen.

Sorry I'm out. I study Architectural technology and this Saturday we have to go to Minto to do a site inspection as part of my project.

On top of that, I have too much homework needing to be finished by Monday.

Have fun.

Well people, keep an eye on this thread. Weve had a bit af rain..... At the moment the river is running a couple of inches over the causeway between my place and the highway. There hasnt been a lot of rain since this morning and according to the forecast, there are showers tomorrow, so it could go either way. I have set up a backup plan by securing some space for camping on one of the neighbours places just on the other side of the causeway as a worst case scenario. On Saturday there are supposed to be scattered showers and will be fine on Sunday.

On the plus side, the photos will be awesome. this was 1:30 this afternoon:

Ahhhhh, the weather is schweet today. No rain, nice and sunny. River is down below the top of the causeway again. Perfect....... Dirt road is a little sticky though, so take it easy on the last couple of kms
