Bingo!
Check this out...
http://www.eefl.cn/ccflring.htm
Sent them an e-mail requesting prices. Cost about $90 to kit out an FTO with 4 rings, including shipping and inverters.
I'm broke for the next couple of weeks, but I'll order em when I'm cashed up again.

I was gunna be the test mule before suggesting this, but if your up to the challenge Dr Jones...
Group buy would work well on this one. The quote was in US dollars, Each pair of rings with inverters was $15 US and the freight component was $40 US, sent via TNT. Getting a few sets would cut down on the freight side of things by a good margin. Then again, If BorepYano has a contact over there it could bring things down even more.
I have just sent an e-mail requesting details on group buy discounts. Tried putting up an EOI in group buys, but says only moderators can post here. Anyone willing to help out here?
If you want to order in advance Dr Jones, I was looking at 2 x 80mm OD rings (dipped beams) and 2 x 95mm OD rings (High Beams).
The 80mm would have to tuck in behind the plastic cover at the top, but if you look at most of Angel Eyes on other cars they do this anyway. There is also a fair gap between the lens and the casing for the rings to fit in there. Unfortunately I didn't measure this gap but looks like a good 10mm or so.
Tube diameter has options, depends on how "pronounced" you want the rings to look. I was thinking 5mm should be heaps.
I'll post up group discount info when I get it.
