Sry to hear what happened mate. GL...

But i got a question...

NorthQLDFTO - im pretty sure that your one of few guys who have the scissor doors?

Are u going to get those scissor hinges out before the car turns into a pile of steel or before its being dismantled... 8O

Take em out, put it on another FTO if your gonna get one... or... sell em and get some $$ for your next car dude...

I think i read a long time ago that u spent 3k on them... :? :?: :!:

I hope that your friend, will be a true friend and do the right thing by you now that he has fucked up real bad.

And if he doesn't maybe we could organise the first ever NATIONAL CRUISE up to north queensland for the first ever FTOAUSTRALIA bashing

Really sorry to hear that man, keep your chin up.

for some reason rnbboi always has good advice, u might wanna change your name to oracile,or something along those lines.

More seriously though, this is a very good idea, not just for the sissors but anything else you may be able to salvage.

I just wanted to backup what the members here have said. Really sorry to hear what happened, and I hope your mate turns out to be a real mate and forks out.

I was wondering how long it would take for ppl to start asking you for parts though LOL. Vultures... :) but they are right, It might be the best way to re-coup some of your money to do up another one when your mate buys it

The only person who has driven my car other than myself has been a mechanic, doing a check over it after I bought it, and once when I got my new exhaust.

Anyway, condolences. Hope it works out for you without too much legal pain.
