isnt 215 45 17 too skinny for 17 x 8 rims?

try 235/40/17

thats what i have on the front and back

i only get a slight rubbing on the plastic splash guards on full lock

No rubbing at all, it actually clears better then stock rims
How much were the goodyear tyres?
