intrsting to see that shannons has the monthly option...I will give them a call tomorrow as my insurance for just cars is due on Friday!!! Currently I pay 1050 but I'm 28 and had rating 1 for 5 years with AAMI..I still thought 1k sucked...wouldn't mind the monthly payment system though...screw them getting intrest on my money!!

[quote="GoldFTO"] think my car is worth lik 23,000 now and still havnt finished...[quote]
better be carefull with that...even though u have lots of mods...
they wont cover the value of em...
since getting my rims i called up just cars insurance n had to add another$77 to cover them.
if someone steels my rims off my car then i have to pay an excess of $450 bucks
n i get the full amount back for what i payed
though my cars market vakue has only gone up by $700
so if car got stollen only $700 for rims...its stupid

Welcome to the world of insurance mell, where they just see $$$$ signs when you say imports to them

I know a brand new WRX would cost less to insure then a FTO.
khunjeng i think $1k for 28 is pretty good, from memory the only person who got it less the $1k is Takus, but his our "father" figure ehehehe

yeah I just paid mine...cheepest I could get was $1097 from just cars which included my mods such as suspension, wheels, stereo, tint etc...not bad I rang Shannons and they told me "go with JustCars we can't give you a better price than that" so i did
