Nice work, your lucky your completed yours hehe Still got a bit to do to mine...

Hey was just wondering how much did it cost to do the roof and visors and how did you get around colours the visor clips that are grey ??

Want to get my roof done white and maybe red visors ....

And just for the record the white doesnt get that dirty believe it or not, i just go over the leather with Maguires leather wipes around once a fortnight ....

I actually did the roof and sun visor myself. I bought some vinyl or lether like material from the material shop, it wasn't that hard to remove the top but was a little difficult to fit it back in when finished. If you have someone helping you to hold it up for you when you fit it back in, then it'll be a lot more easier.

About the adhensive, it's up to you what you want to use, but better ask someone in the shop who know what's best for vinyl or lether like materials. (for the top, be patient and don't rush).

The sun risors, I just got my mum to sew it for me. Better find someone who is good at sewing.

Hope this will help you guys out.

btw, barfy, did you actually trimmed your dash board or painted it ??? I want to do my dash board in anothher colour. I'm wondering if anyone is good at photoshop, just would like to see what the best colour may be suitable for my car, want to change all the black areas (interior) to another colour, don't want to risk it so just want to see the effects in photoshop first.

last question, I would like to re spray my car exterior colour to some funky colour, anyone has any good suggestions??? preferably with photos.

Thanks a lot everyone.

the painting and the retrim are mostly done by myself, so, didn't really cost me that much... only cost is the material and the paints. (around $200 all together)....

the stearing wheel cost about $500, dial rings and the pannel cost about $150, gear shift and hand break cover around $200, the seat cover are $330.

That's it. :D
