do you think it is worth my time to have this heard at a court?
do i have to find myself a lawyer?

go to court over it and ask them to desribe the incident and how much the wheels spun and did they see them spin and then ask was it both wheels that spun and could you tell me which wheel spun, i would put a bet on it that they say the rear wheels. You have to be carefull how you word it as to not give it away the FTO is FWD. Also if it has a LSD both wheels will have to spin. With a normal FTO only one front wheel would spin.
just make sure you have a copy of the workshop manual for the judge to look at.
Most cops have no idea when it comes to cars, they see something shiny under the bonnet of a jap car and think it is a BOV or a turbo,
should see the look on there face when they pull me over and i get out, they are expecting a teenager or someone in there eraly 20s, I am getting sick of being pulled over because i have a nice jap car.
