Yes having underbody neons on your car will make it unroadworthy, it is illegal to drive around with them on your car even if they arent turned on, although like FTOluv said u r aloud to have them on as long as your stationery, which is kinda friggin stupid when ya think about it!!!

So all u people who have underbody neons on their car, if u have an accident, get them off before your insurance company sees them, as they can refuse to pay out as your car is unraodworthy!!
