Now you are just confusing things. What do those numbers refer to and whats the comparison between them.

The numbers after the first 3 letters dictate the model.
The first 3 letters are the manufacturer.
So, DBA425 and RDA425 are the same.
Just the manufacturers are the difference.

Regular are either normal or sloyted
Dark are slotted and dimpled

How much is the difference in brake pad wear between standard, slotted and slotted + dimpled?

Check their site for detailed info
Basically slotted helps disperse gases that build up between rotor and pad and effectively dimples should be better. But for the masses they really look good
