Spoke to a mechanic today about these and he asked me to find out if they are shim* adjustable or locknut and bolt adjustable ?

bolt adjustable

No more ticking (took us awhile and one or two sockets)

The lamp we were using kept flickering.

Grandtappetmaster Phil, our lamp was somewhat intermittent in providing lighting.

Had to remake another tappet tool as my lock nuts were somewhat 'over-tightened'.

Was so happy when we started it up. Neighbours are ecstatic.

You would get it for like 1/8 of a second between the single taps

Thought I would post this up.

One of the lock nuts was 12mm.......
