Fail im afraid. Have 4 caps but they are all ones that use the insert. Have a couple of inserts, but that leaves you in the same position you are now.

Hi Guys,
An update on the fuel cap quest.
Went to my nearest Jap wrecker yard to source out non-restrictor fuel cap from an FTO.
Found the fuel cap off a non-restirctor fuel filler
But behold, the fuel cap are the same as the one i bought brand new before
So i asked for the fuel filler neck (non-restrictor) and went home to install.
Turns out, the peeps who installed the restrictor on my car previously had to enlarge the fuel filler neck so that the restrictor could be fitted. Hence the bigger opening.
The fuel filler neck was doomed from the get go. The only solution here was to replace the whole fuel filler neck which hadnt been modified with the restrictor.
Case close, mission accomplished!
