6a13tt coil pack and actuator help

Hello guys all the best for the season. I changed my vac lines and plugged the hole that the previous owner left from the bov change and all misfiring has stopped. My guage reads 18-20 inHg, I build boost but I'm getting white exhaust I think that's because it was parked for so long and rain has been falling pretty often. I don't see any mixing or back pressure in rad so hopefully head gasket intact. My alt seems to be shot though had to put the bat to charge but I suspected the alt was failing due to bat terminal jumped off on a launch and the car stalled. S.O.B alt.
