It's pretty bad on inspection. That plastic bag is in a rusted out roof patch, left rear tyre is shot, ding in boot, big scrape up lhs rear quarter, front bar seem better days, stereo removed been sitting there a while.
Pros are its a gpx, stereo console is looking good, plenty of still salvageable parts and it means its probably gonna be free to be taken away. will come back tomorrow and enquire!

I saw it sitting there ages ago. Didn't bother cause it was in such sh*t condition. Judging by the body the engine is prob fuckd too. Looks like its been there for a year

Well, the google satellite maps pics are taken in 2012 and it's not in them. So it had to arrive this year. If it's been there for a while then it must belong to the resident, or you would think they would have complained and had council remove it by now.
