Just got it quoted $900, I'm starting to think the guy won't pay more than $500. So what can I do if he doesn't pay?

Option 1: Insert his penis into a waffle iron.

Option 2: Apply FTO fender to the face and leave him twitching and bleeding in a pile of his own sh*t.

Option 3: Knock him out, put him in the boot, drive him to an isolated country town, and leave him a few hundred metres away from the town outskirts, and remove his pants so that asking for help will be incredibly awkward.

I've had to think this through before. :D

Well he said he doesn't want me to involve any cops or insurance companies. Probably cause the car he hit me with wasn't his & he did seem pretty scared. Does anyone know any smash repairs that can do it better than $900?

Dude.

It's his fault. He needs to pay out. It's not your duty to care in these sort of situations.

Do what you have to do. Its his fault he was driving in someone elses car. What's that got to do with you?

His financial situation is not your problem. Period.

Id be going around smash repair places going and getting it inspected, getting printed quotes, get maybe 4-5.

Giving him an ultimatum, either he gets the money together in X number of weeks or your going to go through insurance companies.

He can go pawn his TV, sell his wife for sex, do whatever. It's not your problem.

He's asking me to fix it out of my own money first, then he'll pay when I give a receipt?

Do not do that, after you repair the car with your own money he will have no reason to pay you and you won't be able to go through the insurance company as the car will already be fixed.

Either he pays for all repairs up front or go through your insurance.

Sounds like this guy is trying to pull a fast one on you and f**king around too much hoping it goes away.
As matt said, its not your problem, I would of gone to insurance a long time ago.
50 says next he's gonna try and get you to let him pay you off.

I wouldn't bother helping supreza or whatever his name is obviously he has no brain and youd get better results talking to a brick wall.

My final thoughts:

Grow a brain and Grow a set.
