I taught myself most of my stuff, but only because I had good mates to show me!

The REAL question is...Can I really be bothered or not, or is it worth every extra dollar not to get dirty and frustrated?

Getting it towed to the machanic - $60

Fuel pump - $175
Fuel filter - $50
Labour to do both Fuel pump and filter - $150

Rear brakes Mitsibitshi original ones or something like that, - $140 (Including labour)
Gearbox oil change - $60
Clutch oil change - $40
Brake oil filled -$20

Comes down to $635, is this relatively cheap or have i been ripped off in any parts? (:

Seems ok except for the pump, filter and rear brakes. Pads can be had for as little as $30!!
