That's messed up - I know this is bad but thankfully he didn't plow into a group of pedestrians or tboned another car, would've cost far more lives.

So to update for those interested.

After calling 3 other insurance companies, total 5 phoned. I cannot find the other parties insurance company.

After a further 2 phone calls to AAMI and the Sgt in charge of the case. I more or less put in a slight demand to AAMI. They are now taking care of the claim.

Making it sound like they are doing me a favor by taking care of these details for me, it's just topped the cake for my reason to leave them.

The customer service of AAMI is absolutely appauling, irrespective of the size of their company and their so say obligations against a 'signed' contract, I could have easily spoken to higher authority and made the matter a lot worse for them.

Meanwhile, NRMA received another phone call and suffice to say they are willing to bend over to get my business back. Couldn't do much about insuring the FTO (they don't like imports), but they gained a Smart car and after the car is repaired; the Mercedes, with an almost close to equal price match of my current with the same benefits.

Sorry to read this, For you and the other drivers.
The last thing you want to be doing is chasing up Insurance companies.
I hope it works out quickly for you.

Hmm thats interesting, i was a red p plater when i got my FTO, and they had no problems insuring it comprehensive a thousand less than every other company.
Did mine online, got a follow up call straight after and then it was done - and you i suppose sunshine coast is a bit less hectic than sydney lmao

I'm not sure what the go is, but my arm still pains me.
The area where the needle went in is becoming inflamed, red and has a small head on it................

Seems like they didn't use a clean needle.
Will be making a trip back to that hospital tomorrow if things don't clear.

Fkn mandatory blood test, I'll pee on their requirement form and they can test that sample next time.

I'm famous yo!
Annoyingly if I was in the FTO I would have gone the inside lane and taken off, avoiding the collision.
Sadly the gerble under the hood in the Merc can't do that.

Quoted me $8500 per year (in 2006), despite being in a good area and telling them car was always garaged.

Don't often switch on the radio but that day I actually did and remember hearing about the traffic side of things, they didn't give details of the collision. Glad no one else was injured, condolences to the family of the elderly driver :(

I'm looking for the episode where Peter's boss wants to have sex with him, so he hides Mort inside him and uses him to root his boss, any idea what it's called?
